In the past couple of weeks, our CMESS students have been out and about!
The Grade 7 - 9s went to Ferrer Point on Nootka Island to study the intertidal zone and wilderness camping, along with Mr. Cooper's class from Ray Watkins Elementary in Gold River.

The Grade 7 - 12s travelled to Vancouver with students from Gold River and Zeballos to attend WE DAY, a concert of inspirational speakers and musicians who encourage our children to be part of the global solutions to end poverty and injustice around the world. To learn more about this amazing event,
click here. Our students have been involved with We Day for 3 years now.
While in Vancouver they also visited the Museum of Anthropology, and the Vancouver Aquarium.

The Grade 3 - 6 class went on an NSOP trip to Malaspina Lake for canoeing.
