Head Cook Role:
Lead daily kitchen operations
Oversee prep, service, and food quality
Help manage inventory and ordering
Keep the team organized and moving
Set the tone — calm, efficient, no chaos
Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met

What you’ll be doing (all roles):
Preparing a focused menu (BBQ, wraps, shareables, breakfast)
Keeping a clean, organized kitchen at all times
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Completing required cleaning and closing tasks each shift
Working as part of a small, fast-paced team
Supporting service during busy dockside hours and events
