Choir?

 

A woman new to town said she missed being in a choir and asked me to start one. I’ve thought it over and will lead one if 

I get 12 committed members 
Each pays $10 so we don’t have to use pirated music.
I find a good piano player. (Jodie Gallant, you’re my first choice.)

To begin with, we’d commit to just 8 weeks of rehearsals starting in mid February with no public performance at the end.
