Message from Brooke:
After a long year of hard work I am so proud to announce that last night the Village of Tahsis Council approved for the rock climbing wall to be re-opened! Not only that, the wall and all of it's equipment will be free to use to the public! This is a great step in the right direction to make climbing, and recreational activities in general, more accessible to the community.
I want to give a HUGE thank you to all of the supporters, both those who donated time time and/or money. It was so humbling to see such a diverse group of people, both local and non-local, come together to make this happen.
Moving forward, we will be ordering the required equipment, training volunteers who will oversee the wall and will hopefully have the wall up and running in February!
