Tahsis Days 2017 Foodfest Competition

40 judges enjoyed a hearty and delicious lunch while choosing their favourites from 7 local cooks.  It was a difficult decision, and a very close competition!  Thanks to all who participated, and thanks to the organizers!  First place went to 2015 champion Graham Bosecker, who presented the only vegetarian entry, macaroni fromage du jour, which featured three different cheeses and hand picked local chantrelle mushrooms.  Well done, everyone!
