Hello Friends!
I am seeking out my female friends in hopes of
starting a women’s aerial collective on Vancouver island! I have been
practising aerial silks for just about a year now on and off and want to
share/ learn from anyone willing to join in the fun.
I post now probing
for interested individuals and plan to hold a gathering in Tahsis, BC
(where the video was shot) to teach and learn from and with everyone
interested. I am hoping to host a week long workshop in the spring,
date undecided depending on the interest levels and schedules.
Those
who are interested, I will send some videos to for workouts that will
strengthen those deep core and interesting muscles, used in aerials,
strengthened and when we hit the silks you will have a solid foundation
