Tahsis is a remote village on the west coast of Vancouver Island. With only 400 residents, we don't have many of the conveniences of larger towns but we do have community spirit and lots to do in our spectacularly wild and beautiful environment.

World Wildlife Fund Kids' Run for Nature
Allison S. worked hard to organize a WWF Kids' Run for Nature in Tahsis. In every way, it was a success.
They had a cool mascot. Thank you Scott.
They started at the fire hall with glitter tatoos and fish painting.
A little warm up and they are off.
Westview Marina provided a water station midway.
The finish line was at Sally's Grill.
Thanks to Allison and Chuck St-Denis for the photos.
