2016 CMESS PAC Christmas Bazaar

Thank you to all the people who came together to make the 2016 PAC Christmas Bazaar another big success! We had lots of great vendors to reflect all the wonderful talent in this community. It was a wonderful start to the holiday season to come out and enjoy good food, excellent gift shopping, a visit with St. Nick and an excuse to spend time with our friends and neighbours.

NOTICE: Western Forest Products Update on Block V61 Logging

Block V61 along the East Tahsis mainline has been active with road construction and falling through the fall. WFP will be starting to load and haul timber starting next Monday, November 21st through to approximately mid-December on a continuous shift (7 days/week).

Road users will see increased traffic on the Head Bay Forest Service Road as highway trucks will haul approximately 12-15 loads per day to WFP’s dryland sort in Head Bay. Trucks will be calling kilometers on the RR-4 channel (rx/tx 150.185), and warning signs noting trucks entering the Head Bay Forest Service Road will be posted.
